Margaret O. Valencia, 77, of Oxnard, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2012 at Glenwood Care Center after a brief illness.
She was born November 12, 1934 in Oxnard and had been a lifelong resident.
Margaret is survived by her daughters, Martha O. Garcia and Sarah O. Garcia of both of Oxnard; her sister, Adeline Salinas of Oxnard; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
As a single parent with three children to rise, she always had a smile for everyone who crossed her path. Margaret hands were always busy crocheting baby blankets for her grandchildren. She wanted to leave behind something to be remembered by. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
