Margaret DiSalvatore, 89, of Bethlehem died on Thursday, June 20, 2013 in St. Luke’s University Hospital, Fountain Hill.
She was the wife of the late Ernest J. DiSalvatore, who passed away on Oct. 15, 2012.
Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Bertha Schereaer.
She worked as a cashier at the former Food Lane, Bethlehem until retiring. Previously, she was a seamstress at the Bethlehem TOGS for many years.
She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Bethlehem.
Surviving: daughters, Pat Campanella of Bethlehem; Cheryl Michaels of Eustis, FL; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; brother, John Schereaer; nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by daughter, Kathy Lee Griffis and brother, Herbert Schereaer.
