Margaret (Hall) Mettille, 80, of Ottawa, passed away March 18, 2015, at Pleasant View Luther Home.
Funeral Services will be private at the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa. Burial will follow at Ottawa Avenue Cemetery. Margaret was born on March 18, 1935, in Benton, to Charles and Genevieve (McKnight) Hall. She married Elmer “Buster” Mettille on July 24, 1954 at St. Columba Church. She retired from Pleasant View Luther Home in Ottawa in 2007 after 25 years of service.
She is survived by 6 children; Louis (Kimi Hawkins) Mettille, of Eureka Springs, AR; Michael (Kathi) Mettille, of Elgin; Kathryn Bongartz, of Ottawa; Sharon Robinson, of Houston, TX; Allan (Bonnie) Mettille, of Ottawa; and John (Sharon) Mettille, of Genoa City, WI; 13 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Margaret is preceded in death by her husband Buster, her daughter Gale Swartz, and 7 brothers and sisters. Pallbearers will be her children.
