Margaret L. Sheets, 99, of Anderson, passed away on August 10, 2017 at The Woodlands Nursing Home, Muncie. She was born September 25, 1917 in Madison County. She enjoyed being a homemaker, working in her garden and crocheting. She loved her family and being with them. Margaret and her husband, Ward, enjoyed traveling, being with old friends and working at the church. Margaret was a lifetime member of Bethany Christian Church and enjoyed being a member of the Miriam Circle.
Survivors include her daughter, Pat Ellison (Richard Wright) of Muncie; three grandchildren, Natalie (Les) Cornish of Oregon, Susan (Tony) Showalter of Yorktown, Eric (Teresa) Ellison of Pendleton; three great-grandchildren, Shelby and Carlie Ellison, Tyler Showalter; two great-great-grandsons, Rowen and Rylan Showalter; several nieces, nephews and cousins; sister-in-law, Della Sheets.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Ward Sheets; parents, Jessie and Vessie (Spall) Ginder; siblings, Herman (Clara) Ginder, Myrtle (Arthur) McKinney, Mabel (Charles) Conrad, Lester (Mary) Ginder.
