Margaret (Kovacs) Hug, 82, of Milford, beloved wife of 54 years to the late Robert Hug, departed this life on Saturday, May 6, 2006 at Milford Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Margaret was born on July 4, 1923 in Stratford, daughter of the late Josef and Juliana (Pek) Kovacs. She was a graduate of Stratford High School 1941. Margaret then worked as a Secretary at Chance Vought from 1941 – 1949 and later was a Secretary at Acme Shear. Margaret has been an active member of the Milford community since 1947. Margaret was an active part of her children’s lives. She served as Den Mother for Scout Pack #3 for six years, and a Brownie leader for two years, and a long time member of the PTA at Central Grammar School.
