Muncie – Margaret J. Cox, 92, passed away Friday, November 9, 2012, at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness.
Margaret was born in Marion on February 7, 1920, the daughter of William and Pearl (Coats) Hickey, and attended Muncie Schools.
Mrs.
Survivors include two sons, Russell Cox, (wife Lynda), Silver Lake, and Tom Cox, (Marjorie), Muncie; a daughter, Helen Rothenberger, (husband-Joe), Winter, Wisconsin; a brother, Robert Hickey, Muncie; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; fourteen great-great grandchildren; a special friend, Wilma Privett, Muncie; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 47 years, Elmore R. Cox; a daughter, Eldora Sue Huston, and several brothers and sisters.
