Our beloved mother, Margaret G. Heath, known as Grace, passed away at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston on May 4, 2015 at age 90. She was a Juliaetta resident. Grace was born on April 29, 1925 at Ahsahka, Idaho, the youngest child of William and Katherine Kleinsmith. Grace spent her young childhood days to age 10 in Lewiston and attended Lewiston Normal School. At age 10, the family moved to Weippe, ID. During her adult life, she lived and raised her 11 children in Spokane, WA, Deer Park, WA, Potlatch, ID and Juliaetta, ID. Her favorite pastimes were spent crocheting baby blankets for each of her children, grandchildren, great grand children and great great grandchildren, playing cards, working puzzles, cooking, and being an active member with her sons and grandsons “Heath Cattle” business. She also crocheted lap blankets for nursing home patients the last few years. Her family was the most important thing in her life and she was very proud of her families’ accomplishments in life. She dedicated her life to being a fulltime housewife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Family and friends had just celebrated her life on April 25th for her 90th birthday. Grace and Gordon Heath were married in June of 1953, he preceded her in death on September 1, 2011. She is survived by 10 children, Gladys Hall (Travis) of Lewiston; Bob (Rose) of Inchelium, WA; Joy Roberts (Ernie) of Deer Park, WA, JoAnn Glenn (Fred) of Lewiston, ID; Linda Collins-Hull (Tom) of Potlatch, ID; Ren Berkoff (Steve) of Craig, CO; Wayne of Post Falls, ID; Clark (Shannon) of Juliaetta, ID; Lee (Leah) of Potlatch, ID and Gordon (Darline) of Southwick, ID. She also leaves 28 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren and a sister, Dorothy Loomis of Bellingham, WA along with numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by a son, Terry in 1988, her mother, Katherine in 1970 and a son-in-law, Ron Collins in 2006 as well as three sisters, Florence McCalmant, Gertrude Sullivan and Ida Button and 3 brothers, Bob Kleinsmith, Lee (Buck) Kleinsmith and Albert Kleinsmith. So many hearts have been touched by the wonderful love you have given.
