Mrs. Margaret Garner Hester, age 69, of Lanett, AL passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Hester is survived by her husband of 34 years, Terry Hester; her son, Jonathan (Misty) Hester of Lanett; her grandson; Jordan Hester of Lanett; her brother, Kenneth (June) Oliver of Valley; a host of nieces and nephews; faithful companions, Katie, Bear, and Belle; special friends; Joan Hunter and Leah Gray.
Mrs. Hester was born on November 23, 1946 in West Point, GA to the late Manuel D. Garner, Sr. and Sallie Mae Garner. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in West Point and a retired employee of West Point Stevens with 34 years of service to the company. She loved God, her family, and her church family.
