Margaret Estelle Bryan, age 91 of San Antonio, TX went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday morning, June 10, 2014, at her daughter’s home. She was born in Columbia, SC on March 20, 1923 to Lester and Lona Busbee and moved to Dorcas when she was a little girl. Margaret graduated from Crestview High School in 1942 and worked at the Alatex Sewing Factory. She married in 1944 in New London, CT, and after her daughter started to school, she began working in the Crestview High School cafeteria and later transferred to Carver Hill School cafeteria. She retired as cafeteria manager from Southside Elementary.
She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Ann Black and husband Bob Black of San Antonio, TX; two grandchildren, Don Lundy II wife Veronica, Bryan Lundy and wifeTrish, two step grandchildren, Travis Black and wife Jennifer, and Kristen Black Bonnano and husband Josh; four great grandchildren, Lauren Lundy, David Lundy, Noah Lundy, and Emma Lundy, and two step great grandchildren, Dylan and Bixly Black; seven nephews, Tommie Busbee, Frankie Busbee and wife Margie, Ronnie Bryan and wife Janet, Donald Turman and wife Peggy, Roger Bryan and wife Dana, Wendell Bryan and wife Edna, Mitchell Bryan and wife Nancy, two nieces, Opal Edgar and wife Charles, Garnetta Hill, and one sister-in-law, Audrey Turman.
