Margaret Ward
Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Margaret Ward, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2016. She was born on September 23, 1938 in Ogden, Utah to Robert Caldwell and Thelma Howard. She married her sweetheart, Anthony R. Ward, on June 17, 1957. Their marriage was later solemnized on September 30, 1958 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Margaret was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served faithfully in her many callings.
She enjoyed bowling, golfing, snowmobiling and solving crossword puzzles. She loved watching Jazz games and enjoyed traveling. Her main passion was spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband; children, Charlotte (Jay) Ellis, Mary (Gary) Green, Cathy (Troy) Barrett, Rebeca (Dan) Lockwood, and Chris (Alana) Ward; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and sister, Melba Larsen.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Curtis Ward; brothers, R.C. Caldwell, Larry Caldwell and Jerry Howard and granddaughter, Jodi Ellis.
