Maggie was born in Central City, Kentucky, on May 26, 1948. At the age of 13, while living in Akron, Ohio, she met a boy named Jim driving his go-cart. Maggie and Jim married on August 2, 1968, and had three children. After moving to Fountain Hills in 1978, Maggie assisted many local families as a licensed Realtor for 27 years.
