She was born on March 4, 1956 in North Carolina to the late Jacqueline Violet Watson. Ms. Garner was a supervisor for Nyroflx, Stuart, VA. Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Brewer and her husband, Johnny Brewer of Westmoore, NC and Angie Ussery and her husband, Rocky Ussery of Bisco, NC; son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie Davis and his wife, Sara Davis of Spencer, VA; sister, Patricia Marie Watson Jones of Goldston, NC; five grandchildren and one great-grandson.
