Marc A. Hunter, age 65, of Salem died at 3:40 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the Salem Regional Medical Center. He was born October 23, 1949 in Salem the son of the late William and Mary Gene (Bricker) Hunter. He was a 1968 graduate of West Branch High School and a 1969 graduate of Nashville Auto-Diesel College, Nashville, Tennessee. Marc was a former member of both Penn-Ohio and American Rabbit Breeders Association and a current member of Carnation Good Sam’s Chapter 53 camping group. He was most recently employed by Murray Trucking in East Liverpool. Marc enjoyed traveling, camping and spending time with friends and family especially his grandson. He leaves his wife the former Terri Dicken Rhodes Hunter, whom he married January 23, 1971; his son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Becky Hunter of Newton Falls; a sister, Marian (Michael) Welsh of Bellingham, Washington; three brothers, Robert and William (Connie) Hunter of Salem, and Roger (Mary) Hunter of Alford, Florida; 19 nieces and nephews; 25 great nieces and nephews; and one very special grandson, Tyler Hunter.
