Our beloved mother Manuela Flores went to heaven on July 14, 2017 surrounded by all of her family. Manuela was born on September 17, 1923 in Chihuahua, Mexico. Her parents moved their young family to Texas, where Manuela met and married Pablo Flores in Eagle Pass, Texas. Together they had seven children, Manuelita, Armando, Gilberto, Estela, Rosa, Lucia and Luis.
Manuela and Pablo and their children moved to Idaho in the 1960’s. They settled in Rupert to educate their children and continue their migrant work. Manuela worked for Ore-Ida Food Co. for 30 years until she retired. Manuela was a tireless and hard worker. While working full time and raising her children she was a key devoted parishner of St.
