Manuel Frank Foster, 44, of LaSalle, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2018 at his home.
Mr. Foster was born May 17, 1974 to Raymond and Donna (Dickerson) Foster. He was a graduate of Putnam County High School.
Mr. Foster was a cook at Buffalo Wild Wings. He attended cosmetology school and loved to do hair and nails. He loved to sing and especially enjoyed karaoke.
He was the life of the party and everyone loved him. He enjoyed volunteering to help others and was especially active at Christmastime, helping to donate presents to area children in need and he was a bell ringer for the Salvation Army.
Survivors include his son, Dustin Foster of Spring Valley; four sisters, Kandy James of Illinois, Penny Foster of Wisconsin, Tammy Larogue of Montana and Sandra Hall of Illinois; two brothers, Rodney F. Foster of California and Jeffrey Holliday of Colorado and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
