Mr. Mancel, age 82, passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at his home in Marksville. Mr. Mancel served honorably in the U.S. Army.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Josh (Debbie) Galland of Alexandria; daughter, Jocelyn Ballard of Marksville; step-daughter, Karen (Rudy) Ponthier of Prairieville; step-son, Kevin Dauzat of Port Vincent; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jodie Galland; his wife, Joanne Galland; parents, Elster Galland & Mable Mayeaux; his brother & sister-in-law, Terry & Alice Galland.
