Magee Lambert, 62, of Upton, passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the Milford Regional Medical Center.  She was the beloved wife to Bradlee W. Gustavesen.

Born in Boston, she was a daughter of Rita Anne (Hardy) Lambert-Cronan of San Diego, CA, and the late George Howard Lambert.  She was raised and educated in Norwood, MA and graduated from Brown University where she played varsity hockey and earned a BS in Biochemistry.

She began her career at Millipore and AMF Cuno, before choosing to be a full-time mother, a role which she cherished.  Together, with Brad and a wonderful group of neighbors, she helped establish a tight-knit family community on Plumbley Road.

Magee was a devoted Hockey Mom, and a dedicated Youth Hockey Coach, after her own playing career ended.  She was also an avid supporter of Women’s Hockey, particularly the Boston Pride and the U.S. Women’s National Team.  Annually, Magee and Brad and the kids would travel the country with a group of devoted friends to attend every Women’s & Men’s NCAA Frozen Four.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her children, Zak and his wife Josephine (Ibanez) Gustavesen of Plymouth, Tucker Gustavesen of Medford, and Julia Gustavesen of Orono, ME; her siblings, Charles Lambert of Franklin, Michael Lambert and his wife Lisa of Coronado, CA, Edward Lambert of Fredericksburg, VA, Susan Lambert and her partner Charlotte McCormack of Boston, Maura Pothier and her husband Eric of Plano, TX; her step-father, Richard Cronan of San Diego, CA, in laws Henry and Fran Gustavesen, Nancy and Michael Mekota and Charles Gustavesen; and several nieces and nephews: Bradford, Robert, Ezra, Megan, Emma, Tara, Kerry, Sean, Lauren and Nate.

She is predeceased by her sister-in-law, Ellen Curran Lambert and was a constant care-giver to her aunt D. Jean Conway, prior to her passing in 2020.
