Surviving are her children who loved and cherished her, Lou Ann Rouse, (husband, Dave), Sonni Stevenson, (husband, Ike), Russell Watkins, Jr., (wife, Lesa), and Jeffrey Watkins, (wife, Teresa); her brother, Virgil Murphy; her Dear sister, Catherine McIntire; seventeen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Watkins; her brothers, Prince, Vernie and Marvin Murphy; and her sister, Joy Flick.
