Maddison Mariah Haan passed away June 30, 2016.

Maddison was born June 3, 1996. She was the oldest child of what ended up being two blended families.

She was quickly introduced to the Hammon family the following day as it was her Great Grandma’s birthday.

She had a couple of instant friends in her aunt Brenda’s toddler – twins and Grandma Marge would spend hours holding and rocking her. Maddison was extremely close to her Grandma Pat and Grandpa Lou. They always made sure she had what she needed and she loved going on vacations with them.

Every couple of years Grandpa Al would come to town with our Connecticut family and the whole Collier clan would set out on an adventure. We also had many years of holidays, BBQ’s and fun times with the Castillo family, for all of this we were blessed and we would like to thank you all for the happiness you brought to our girl. Madi and her sister Zoey were partners in life and crime. Zoey let me know the other day that she is going to miss having someone to make fun of me (mom) with I always secretly enjoyed that. Diego was laughing the other day remembering how Maddison always insisted the Christmas trumpets that were hung in Clearfield on main street were actually dolphins. He loves you Madi. I know her Dad’s kids are missing her and loved her very much. We hope they can find peace with this situation Maddison I am remembering our numerous silly disagreements I would tell you that you couldn’t spend your whole check, on concert tickets, or tattoos and you would look, at me with your sassy little head bob and say “yolo mom yolo”. Well my hilarious beautiful girl, I’m so glad you didn’t listen to your momma. Yolo Madi yolo. I hope you know how much, I love you, I’m so proud and grateful that you are mine – love Mom.

Maddison you were taken from us too soon, I love you so much. You are an amazing girl. My heart is broken my baby is gone. I know you are in a better place and we will be together again – love Dad.
Madi is survived by her Dad, and Stepmom, Chris and Lucy, her Mom Jocelyn, Stepdad, Scott, brothers and sisters Zoey, Diego, Steven, Haylee, Chace, and Litzy, and her grandparents and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Uncle Scott and Aunt Kaylynn.
