Mabel married the love of her life Joseph J. Turner on November 1, 1941 in Muncie and he survives. Mrs. Turner had worked as a Sales Clerk for J.C. Penney and also the Colligenne Shops and later she was Co-Owner and Operator with her husband for the J&M Antiques which was located in Pendleton. Besides her love for antiques, she enjoyed being with her family.
Besides her husband of 71 years, Joseph, she is survived by her son, James Turner (wife-Janie),daughter, Vikki Dinkins (husband-Richard) ,all of Yorktown; four grandchildren, David Turner (wife-Deborah), York Pennsylvania, Amy Voytik (wife-husband Dave), Franklin, Jennifer Searle (husband-Dave), Indianapolis and Deena Dinkins, Muncie.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Lloyd and one sister, Daisy.
