Ms. Mabel Edenfield, age 90 of Crestview, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 30, 2015, at North Okaloosa Medical Center with her loving family by her side. She was born on June 7, 1924, to Clint and Addie Lee Strickland. Mabel has been a lifelong resident of North Okaloosa County. After graduating high school Mabel went to work at Eglin Field as a clerk. Any job that she ever had, she was accepted and loved by her co-workers and made them her friends. After marrying her husband she went to work in Pensacola at Chemstrand until 1979.
