He worked for Midwest Molded Plastics and managed the Zoo Bar for 20 years. He was passionately involved with the LGBT community. He was a caring and loving person who was famous for his humor and enjoyed laughing. He enjoyed roller skating, singing and drawing cartoons. Dean is survived by his sister, Thelma Rich Boerson; nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
