Celine Mason, 92, of Little Silver, formerly of Rumson, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022 peacefully at home. Celine was a native of Jersey City, New Jersey and graduated from St. Aloysius in 1948. She was a wife, mother and homemaker who volunteered her time with multiple local organizations including Holy Cross Church in Rumson, Newcomers Club, and was recognized for more than 30 years of service to Birthrite of Monmouth County. She was a lifetime member of the Shrewsbury River Yacht Club in Fair Haven, and an avid bridge player. She is predeceased by her loving husband Patrick, and survived by her three children, Patrick Mason Jr., Joseph Mason, Marie O’Hara and eight grandchildren, Patrick Mason III, William O’Hara Jr., John O’Hara, Daniel O’Hara, Elizabeth O’Hara, Brianna Mason, Celine Mason, and Katie Mason, and three great grandchildren, more than 40 nieces and nephews and multiple God children. Celine is survived by her sisters Patricia Verdon and Maryanne Mullen and predeceased by her sister Rosemarie Ritchie. She was loved by all.
