Lynn I. Miller Sr., 71, of 2888 Heshbon Road, went to be with his Lord and savior, Monday, September 19, 2011, at his home following a long battle with cancer.
Lynn and his wife, the former Normalee J. Mingle, observed their 43rd anniversary December 31, 2010.
Lynn was a driver for Susquehanna Trailways, a Navy veteran and a 1957 graduate of Jersey Shore High School. He was a member of Heshbon Park United Methodist Church and church treasurer, the Montgomery American Legion, Jersey Shore Elks and Williamsport Moose Lodge #145. He received the Pilgrim degree from the Moose.
Lynn loved model trains and was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Born April 10, 1940 in Cammal, he was the son of Donald I. and Vivien W. Raemore Miller.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, Lynn I. (Rebecca) Miller Jr. of Croydon; daughters, Tanya J. Miller of Williamsport, Stephanie M. Vanderlin of Altoona, Lori A. Williams of E. Stroudsburg and Pamela J. (Bryan) Sanker of Morrisdale; sisters, Cora Genevieve Lockcuff of Linden and Ruth Shipman of Williamsport; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
