Our loving daughter and mother passed away peacefully in the early afternoon Monday, June 5, 2017 at McLaren Bay Region hospital. Age 37 years. The daughter of Randy Laney and Jean Johnson was born on August 28, 1979 in Bay City, Michigan and has resided here all her life. Lynette graduated from All Saints High School in 1998 and went on to continue her education for a short amount of time at Delta College. She was also a lifelong member of St. Joseph’s Church, St. Jude Thaddeus Parish.
Left to cherish her memories is her father, Randy (Julie) Laney; mother, Jean Johnson; son, Patrick Laney; half-brother, Logan Laney; and also her step-brother, Jared. Lynette is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Larry and Eileen Simpson and John and Dorothy Hartley; and one sister, Patty Laney.
