Luther P. Hirt, 86, formerly of Fremont, now of The Gardens of Clyde, died at Stein Hospice, Sandusky on Tuesday, November 25, 2014.
Mr. Hirt was born on March 1, 1928 to the now deceased Harold and Dorothy (Last) Hirt. He was a 1946 graduate of Townsend High School and a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Vickery.
For many years, Luther was a body shop mechanic a various area auto dealers, including Ralph Tucker, Tod Motors and Don Paul.
His favorite activities included boating and snowmobiling as well as playing cards.
