LUTHER CARLquot;BOONEquot; COX, age 80, of Manassas, VA died Saturday, March 8, 2003 at Potomac Hospital, Woodbridge. Mr. Cox was a member of Victory Gospel Church, Manassas. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Army. Mr. Cox was a Sgt. with the Manassas City Police Department, retiring in 1982 after 28 years of service. He was a skilled leather craftsman and loved flying planes. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Mable Cox, two daughters, Carol Ann Aubry and her husband Eugene L., of Marshall and Beverly Jean Cox, of Manassas, two sisters, Ruby R. Harris, of Luray and Marion Sutton, of Myrtle Beach, SC. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren, Danny Tribby, Carly Cox, Joshua Cox, Sierra Aubry, Quinn Aubry and 1 great-granddaughter, Malia Aubry.
