Luke Ratley Jr. age 94, of Hammond, IN passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, April 22, 2022.
Luke is survived by his dear grandchildren, Gwen Cadieux (Jesse Huskisson), Tish (Donnie) Bartell, Dr. Samantha (Joe) Atkins and Luke Ratley; precious great grandchildren, Greg Randhan, Justin Vasquez, Tabitha Williamson, William Randhan, Richard Randhan and Aaron White; and many great-great grandchildren; daughter in laws, Rita Ratley and Marilyn (Tony) White; and nieces and nephew. Preceded by his beloved wife, Georgia M. Ratley (nee Huggins); children, Rich, Sandi and Mike Ratley; and great grandchild, Zakk Bartell.
Luke graduated from Hammond Tech in 1947. He retired after 40 years of service form Shell Oil Company.
Luke was a Mason and Shriner. He loved fishing and was a master builder. He was truly a jack of all trades.
