Luise “Marie” Zsilavecz, 83, of Bethlehem, died Monday, December 1, 2008, at St. Luke’s Hospital. She was the wife of Geza Zsilavecz for 57 years. Born in Bremerhaven, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Heinrich and Lena Brandt. Marie was a school crossing guard for the city of Bethlehem and also a homemaker. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bethlehem. She loved to travel and go fishing with her husband. Survivors: she will be lovingly remembered by her husband Geza at home; daughter Gisela Stocker and her husband Ralph of Bath; brothers Archie and Hubert of Germany; grandchildren Brett and Keith; many nieces and nephews.
