Lucy Frances Smith Moore, age 90, of Red House Road, Richmond, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at Baptist Health in Richmond.
Born June 2, 1928, in Rowan County, she was the daughter of the late Nelson Smith and Elizabeth “Bessie” Coffey Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Susan Marie Stevens, Beulah Fultz, Zelphia Smith, and Pearlie Kiser; two half-sisters, Lela Wescott and Lillie Mays; and two half-brothers, John Will Lykins and Chester Lykins.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl Moore, who passed away September 28, 1997.
