Lucy D. RencewiczLucy D. Rencewicz (nee Fandetta) of Burlington died Monday, September 20th, at Lourdes Hospital in Willingboro; she was 91 years of age. Born in Burlington on June 15, 1919, Lucy was the daughter of the late Anthony & Rachela Fandetta. A lifetime Burlington resident, she worked as a seamstress for the Peerless Dress Company in Burlington retiring in the early 1980’s. A longtime devoted member of St. Paul’s R.C. Church she enjoyed cooking and preparing meals for family get-togethers. In her spare time Lucy also enjoyed reading and taking “senior bus trips” to Atlantic City with her sisters.
Wife of the late John Rencewicz, who died in 1971, she is survived by her children: Linda (Ron) Comerford of Roebling, Robert Rencewicz and Rocky Rencewicz both of Burlington, her grandson: Michael J. Comerford and her brother Richard Fandetta of Medford, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. in St. Paul’s R.C. Church, E. Union St., Burlington with burial following in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Jacksonville Rd., Burlington.
