Lucy R. Bernat, wife of the late Steven Bernat and daughter of the late Andrew and Maria Sartori Rossi, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at her residence at the Village at Kensington Place in Meriden, Connecticut.
Lucy was educated in the Wallingford Public Schools and is a graduate of Lyman Hall High School. She met and married Steven Bernat, also of Wallingford.
Shortly after their marriage and before the outbreak of World War II, Lucy and her husband moved to Jacksonville, Florida.
