She was born June 19, 1951 in Casper, WY to Kathryn Jeanette (Mahnke) and Herbert Pershing Swan.
Lucinda spent her life working as an Environmental Specialist and being outdoors. She had a “green-thumb” like no other and loved her gardens.
She is survived by her husband, William “Billy” Prentice; daughter, Tanya Williams; grandchildren, Zachary Jacob Williams, Samantha & Brandon Peck, Sebastian Williams-Lacy and Zariah Williams-Lace; great grandchildren, Amelia Lynn Monroe Peck, Aurora Lee Makenzy Peck, Aayden Jacob Elmer Peck, Alexander Park Roscoe Peck and Aaliyah Lucinda Ann Peck; sisters, Laureen Proper & Diane Swan; nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Proper (was like her son), Tiffany Lanier, Joshua Lanier, Tasha Lanier and Christine Bellusc. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kathryn and Herbert and siblings, Lester, Larry, Lynn, Lyle and Danny.
