Cindy was born July 23, 1959, in Long Beach, CA to Hugh Theodore (“Ted”) Bryant and Laura Gividen Cox.  She attended Crater High School in Gold Hill, Oregon.  She earned her associates degree at Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work at Weber State University.  She enjoyed working many years helping youth at Millcreek Detention Center in Ogden and often remarked at how satisfying it was serving them.

Her greatest joys were her grandchildren, who she adored.  She loved crocheting them blankets and stuffed animals.  She also enjoyed drawing, making jewelry, and sewing.  She had a passion for family history and collecting family memories.  She was a talented seamstress and loved making doll clothes for her granddaughters.  She would often serve others by crocheting or quilting beautiful baby blankets.  She loved connecting with friends and sharing pictures of her children and grandchildren online.  Her handwriting was truly an art in itself and she was so talented that she could write either forward or backwards.

She was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and taught the Gospel to her children, through her word and deed.

She was preceded in death by her son William Phillips, her brothers Hugh Bryant and Andrew Bryant, and her father Ted Bryant.
