Cindy Kuper, age 71, of Algona, passed away on August 20, 2020 at the Kossuth Regional Health Center in Algona. Lucinda Rose Richardson, the daughter of Albert and Lois Mae (Albertson) Richardson, was born in Blue Earth, Minnesota on May 26, 1949. She graduated in 1967 from Elmore High School in Elmore, MN. On March 1, 1971 Cindy was united in marriage with Arnold “Arnie” Kuper in Elmore, MN. Cindy was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Algona. She enjoyed reading books, puzzles and spending time with her grandkids and great grandkid. Left to cherish Cindy’s memory is her husband of 49 years, Arnie of Algona; children, Damon Kuper of Burt and Teri (Dan) Hanselman of Algona; four grandchildren, Taylor, William, Alexis and Abigail; a great grandchild, Addalyn Kuper; and a sister, Russane (Darren) Kosner of Herman, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents.
