Lucille was born on August 28, 1930 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Marie (Littleton) & Clifford Snyder.
Lucille is survived by her daughter, Sharon Lane of Santa Fe, NM; her three grandchildren, Steven Brown, Jr., Tamara Anhalt, and Amber Serles; fourteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Elgin Maurice Rutledge, her son, Steven Brown, her grandson, Zachary Serles, and her parents, Marie & Clifford Snyder.
