Lowell Robert-Jean Stubbe, 53, of Des Moines, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2019, of an apparent heart attack.
Lowell graduated from Newton High School in the Class of 1984.
Lowell is survived by his sisters: Kelly (Paul) Phinney of Katy, TX, Sarah Stubbe of Lansing, and Stephanie (Rich) Machin of Newton; niece, Jessica (Clinton) Capshaw and their children, Daniel, Nicholas, and Emma of Katy, TX; nephew, Dalton (Kodi) Machin of Sully; and several cousins and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
