Lowell J McLaughlin, 85, of Anderson, passed away July 13, 2017 at his residence in Anderson.
He was born on June 20, 1932 in Aroma, IN. Lowell graduated from Pendleton High School.
He retired from Guide Lamp in Anderson where he worked as a machinist. He also worked at Pendleton Reformatory where he ran the milk barn. He was a member of U.A.W local #42.
Lowell is survived by his 3 sons, Randy (Jolene) McLaughlin of Anderson, Tony (Karen) McLaughlin of MO, and Danny (Donna) McLaughlin of MO; brother, John McLaughlin of FL; six grandchildren, Brittani (Brian) Pomeroy, OR, Melissa (Adam) Greer, MO, Jodi (Paul) Mitchell, MO, Erin (Reid) Lacey, Noblesville, Jami Johnson of Anderson, and Heath (Christina) McLaughlin, AZ; 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by father, Orris McLaughlin; mother, Marjorie (Remington) Green; Wife, Carolyn McLaughlin; 2 sisters, Judy Caldwell, and Barbara Jones.
