Louise A. Pulliam, 70, of Caswell County, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, October 18, 2021, at AuthoraCare Hospice Greensboro, NC, with her sister Geraldine at her side. Louise was born May 6, 1952 in Caswell County, NC. She was the daughter of the late Edgar and Louise Pulliam. Louise spent her last days and moments praising the Lord and waiting for her transitioning. Also,  during this time she enjoyed listening to her favorite gospel singer, Mahalia Jackson. 

Louise received her elementary  and secondary education through the Caswell County School System.  She was graduate of Bartlett-Yancey High School in Yanceyville, NC.  Her undergraduate and masters degrees were from NC A&T State University, in Greensboro, NC. 

Louise’s professional  and career years were spent working with people. She was the Director of Mental Health for Caswell County in Yanceyville, NC  and a Counselor  for an elementary school in Roxboro, NC, Person County School System. 

Louise was the youngest of four and was spoiled by all especially her father. She is survived by her sisters, Geraldine (Sherwood)McEachean of Greensboro, NC, and Sandra (Lewis Sr.)  Griffin of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by her nephew Lewis (Lesley) Griffin Jr. of Houston, TX and niece Narvair (Michael)  Watson of Atlanta, GA, great nephew Lewis Griffin, III, great nieces Jada Griffin of Houston, TX, Mykela, Myiya, and Mylaia Watson of Atlanta, GA and a host of relatives and friends. Louise is predeceased by her parents and brother Gerald Pulliam.
