Mrs. Louise Caldwell Arnall of Newnan, died May 22, 2008. Mrs. Arnall was born December 24, 1914 in Meriwether County and was the daughter of the late Theodore Richardson and Stella Wyche Caldwell. Two of her siblings, James Caldwell and Weston Caldwell preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was her husband William Raymond Arnall, Sr. Mrs. Arnall attended Young Harris and was a graduate of Wesleyan College. As a woman of many interests, Mrs. Arnall had taught school in Meriwether County, Sunday school in her church and was always engaged in the activities of her community.
It mattered not whether she was on the dance floor, in china painting classes, or any number of social activities, she was always the epitome of the social graces and excelled in those activities she undertook. Surviving Mrs. Arnall are her children Mrs. Jeane Yancey and her husband Dr. Pat Yancey, Jr. and William R. “Billy” Arnall and his wife Linda. Her grandchildren are Pat Yancey III and his wife Julie, Richard Yancey and his wife Anne, Barbara Yancey Chandler and her husband Mark, Weston Arnall and his wife Caroline, Walter Arnall and his wife Kim. Her great grandchildren are Pat Yancey IV, Jefferson Yancey, Barkley Yancey, Bryant Chandler, Weezie Chandler, Mimi Yancey, Rich Yancey, Cate Yancey, Frances Arnall, Mary Bryan Arnall, Wright Arnall and Lilly Arnall.
