Survivors include his wife, Neda Witt; his daughter, Elaine Duncan; his grandchildren, Cindy Duncan, Kevin Duncan and wife Donna; great-grandchildren, Katie Duncan and Chaela Duncan; his sisters, Nadine Bailes, Helen Lanford and Carrie Lee Terrell; his brothers, Leon Witt and Billy Witt and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two grandsons.
