Louis Jean Jacques Limage was born on January 29, 1931. He was born to Garido Limage and Antilia Ulise in Gonaives, Haiti. As a child, he loved to read and hang out with his friends and family. He had 5 sisters and 4 brothers and loved being a part of a big family.

In 1937, he attended primary school at Mes Les Pontier and continued on to Lycee Geffrard in 1946. After high school he attended a trade school to become an electrician. Soon after he started working for S.N.E.M, an organization that provided medicine for people that could not access medication.

In July of 1960 he married the late Augustine Argentine Monestime Limage and were married until her untimely death in October, 2018.

In 1971, he migrated to America to earn a living to support his family back home. He began his career at Metex Corporation and worked there for 25 years until he retired early in 1995. After retirement, he travelled the world and explored different countries such as Italy, France, Spain and several cruises. He enjoyed living life and enjoying every moment of it.

In 2004, he began his battle with Alzheimer’s disease and slowly began to lose his memory and function. Although he was losing parts of himself, he was full of life and energy. He enjoyed having company and being around others. He enjoyed helping his wife with her daily needs. He would hold the walker for her, push her in her wheelchair to the bathroom and fix the blankets on her legs when it would fall down. Although his memory was failing, the love he had for his family was undeniable.

Throughout his battle with Alzheimers, he was comforted and cared for by his children and grandchildren. They never let him forget who he was and until the day he passed the one thing he remembered was his name, Jean.

On September 23rd, 2021, Jean Louis Limage was called home to join his wife, Augustine Argentine Monestime Limage, and his daughter, Marie Carline Limage and other family members.

He Leaves behind his son, Vaugel Limage, His daughters, Gracita Limage & Mirriam Limage Pierre, his grandchildren Christopher Limage, Rosebriar Chelot, Christiana Limage, Emmanuel Chelot, Sarrah Marie Aziz, Christian Limage, Lexy Pierre, Gabby Pierre, Angie Pierre, Jada Limage, Janya Limage, Bryant Limage. His nephews Yreck Josue & Olondieu Jean Baptiste, Charles Limage and a host of family members and long time friends.
