KIMBERLY • Louis F. Bulcher of Kimberly, Idaho, passed away Sunday, Jan. 18, 2015, at St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Versailles, Ohio, on Jan. 1, 1918, to Martha and Clarence Bulcher and was the first of nine children. Eight years later in 1926, his family made the trek across country and settled in Castleford.
