Louis F. Kramer, age 79, of Junction City, passed away January 6, 2014 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. He was born February 13, 1935 in Centralia, son of Paul W. Kramer, Sr. and Helen (Walker) Kramer.

Louis is survived by two sisters: Betty J. Kracht of Centralia and Shirley A. Hall of Sandoval; four nephews: Michael Kracht and wife Susan of Centralia, Gene Kracht and wife Lisa of Centralia, Bruce Hall and wife Kathy of Lewiston, Maine, and Paul Kramer, Jr. and wife Laura of Ellisville, Missouri; eight nieces: Karen Binifacus and husband Dwight of Brentwood, Tennessee, Helen Mae Kramer of DeSoto, Missouri, Zoe Smoak and husband Ronnie of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Patricia Kramer of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Paula Kramer and husband Loren Wright of Nashua, New Hampshire, Shirley Collins and husband John of Nashua, New Hampshire, Elizabeth Kramer of North Andover, Massachusetts, and Carol Johnson of Dracut, Massachusetts.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers: Paul W. Kramer, Jr., Gerald E. Kramer, Thomas J. Kramer, and two sisters: Helen Louise Kramer and Edna Mae Kramer.

Louis was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Centralia. He was a retired Veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Korean and the Vietnam Wars. His retirement date was March 1, 1975 and he attained the rank of Staff Sergeant.
