Lou E. (Cary) Lollar, 87, of Greenwood, died November 15, 2016, in Greenwood. She was born September 14, 1929, in Blacks Ferry, Kentucky, to her parents, Walter and Maude (Dodson) Cary.
She was a retired elementary teacher. Lou loved shopping, antiques, furniture, and writing notes. She was a former member of the Westside Church of Christ, and a member of the Greenwood Christian Church. Lou is survived by her daughter, Debra (Norbert) Lollar Newman and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her trusted companion, Ziggy. Ziggy was her “FMD” – flea market dog.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James D. Lollar, her parents, seven brothers, and two sisters Rev.
