Lorraine P. (Malo) Ledden 87 of Townsend died Tuesday April 14, 2009 in her home after an illness. She was born on August 30, 1921 in Gardner; Massachusetts was the daughter of Charles and Emma (Cormier) Malo. She was a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary and the Townsend Post. She is survived by a daughter Carol Salame of Townsend, two brothers Donald L. Malo of Wareham, MA and Paul B. Malo and his wife Mercy Malo of Leominster, two grandchildren Nancy Franklin and Angela Romano, seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband Theodore Gionet in 1976 and her second husband John Ledden in 1997, two sisters Viola Osborn in 1998 and Jeannette Sadin in 2004 two brothers Armand Malo in 1999 and Alvin Malo in 2006, and a grandson D.
