Lorraine L. Shoobridge (nee Frick), 86 of Holiday City Berkeley, section of Berkeley Township died on Friday November 1, 2013 at Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ. She was born in Fords, NJ, and lived in Edison, NJ before moving to Holiday City Berkeley in 2000.
Lorraine was a Past Grand Officer of the Order of the Eastern Star of New Jersey, a member of the Gloria Chapter No. 159, Mt. Zion Chapter No. 116, Eastern Star Chapter No. 58, Raritan, NJ, former member of the Daughters of the Nile, Vice President of the Church Women United for Ocean County, past President of the United Methodist Women Church, Metuchen/Edison, NJ.
She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Shoobridge. Surviving are her children and their spouses, Richard (Kathy) Shoobridge of Millville, DE, Joan (Nelson) Antonino of Piscataway, NJ, Ruth (Franklin) Mathiews of Union, NJ, Reverend David Shoobridge (Caroline) of Perry, NY; her five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
