Lorraine Ferrell, 86, of Freeport, died Friday, December 12, 2003 at FHN Memorial Hospital. Born March 10, 1917 in Chicago she was the daughter of William and Eva (Elliot) Wieland. She married Clark Ferrell in Valparaiso, Indiana on January 16, 1942 and he died April 28, 1996.She was a member of Embury United Methodist Church and their Choir. A realtor, she was a partner in the first all women real estate agency in Freeport, DOL Realtors. A past president of the Freeport Board of Realtors and the MLS she was named Realtor of the year in 1992.Surviving is one son Clark (Leslie) Ferrell Jr. of Missoula, Montana; one daughter, Nancy McClymonds of Freeport; four grandchildren, Lisa and Megan McClymonds, Mathew and Jessica Ferrell; one brother, Jack Wieland of Valparaiso, Indiana; three sisters, Joan (Ken) Cors of Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin, Constance (Bill) Horsley of Gardensville, Nevada, and Betty Burrus of Valparaiso, Indiana. In addition to her husband, three sisters and one brother preceded her in death.
