Lorraine C. Cameron, 87, of Bethlehem, and formerly of Stone Harbor and Cape May Courthouse, NJ, as well as Abington, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2014 in Lehigh Valley Hospice in Allentown. She was the wife of the late Walter D. Cameron, who died in 2008. Born in Montgomery County, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Isabel (McIntyre) Chapman. Lorraine worked for the Sun Oil Company and the Department of Defense in Frankfurt, Germany for several years before working as a secretary in the English Department at Cedar Crest College in Allentown. She enjoyed horses, her grandchildren and traveling. Lorraine was also a former Meals-on-Wheels volunteer in Abington. Survivors: Daughter, Lorrie C. Sanchez and her husband Gary of Bethlehem; son, Donald Cameron of Oahu, HI; brother, Howard Chapman of Fort Washington; 2 granddaughters, Cristen and Courtney. Lorraine was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Quinn C. Wolfe.
