NEW HARTFORD –OETTINGER – Lorraine A. Oettinger, 80, of New Hartford, passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2007. She was the loving wife of the late Frank H. Kenney and the late William P. Oettinger. Born June 10, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY; the daughter of the late John and Mae (Staab) Schilling. She spent most of her life in Carle Place, NY and New Hartford, CT. She was very active at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in New Hartford. She enjoyed crafts, crocheting and reading mystery novels. She loved her family very much. She is survived by her son, Frank J. Kenney and his wife Alyce of Cropseyville, NY; two daughters, Maureen Mancini and her husband Joe of Avon and Bonnie Healy of Westbury, NY; a sister, Dorothy Kicherer of PA; her grandchildren, Chad Mancini, Kent Mancini, Jenny Mancini, Mark Mancini, Nina Mancini, Scott Mancini, Christine Radomski and Colleen Butt; and her great grandchildren, Kerri Radomski and Patrick Radomski.
